Full Stack Support Engineer

  • Job Type: Full-time (with On-call Duty)
  • Location: Remote

Our client is in search of a Full-stack Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support for their application. The ideal candidate will ensure timely issue resolution, troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack, and deliver exceptional customer service during both regular business hours and on-call shifts, including night hours.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide full-stack technical support for applications, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Java (Spring Boot) backend services and ReactJS frontend applications.
  • Address database-related issues in PostgreSQL, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems with clear explanations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to escalate complex issues and ensure permanent fixes.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor system health and performance metrics proactively to prevent potential issues.
  • Support and train customers during onboarding to ensure their comfort with the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or full-stack development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, as well as ReactJS, and PostgreSQL.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug full-stack applications in production environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and ticketing systems (e.g., Intercom, Linear).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
