HR Generalist (m/f/d)

In this role, you will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and coordination of in-house trainings. Key Resonsibilties 

•    Managing the entire "Employee Work Cycle": from recruitment, ongoing employee support, to offboarding.
•    Responsibility for the accurate preparation of the monthly payroll in close collaboration with the external service provider (ADP).
•    Acting as a point of contact for authorities, government offices, and social insurance agencies.
•    Preparation of monthly reports, statistics, and evaluations
•    Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining records and databases, managing the time management system (ATOS / HR works)
•    Supporting and closely collaborating with managers and employees on all HR, labor, and social security-related matters.
•    Responsibility for Talent Acquisition (mainly for the Supply Chain area) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Organizing training sessions in accordance with company policy and in close cooperation with the Global Talent Development Team.
•    Participation in projects, including project responsibility.
•    Close and trusted collaboration with the works council.


Profile

•    Completed commercial training with additional qualifications in HR (e.g., HR Specialist, HR Business Administrator) or an equivalent education.
•    Several years of professional experience in a payroll role, ideally in an international environment.
•    In-depth knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security laws.
•    Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
•    High service and customer orientation.
•    Strong initiative, a hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented approach.
•    Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and proficient use of common MS Office programs (Microsoft 365) are essential.
