About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced HR Leader & Business Partner to provide a comprehensive HR service across Germany. Managing a team of three HR professionals, you will play a crucial role in influencing managers, driving organizational development, and improving business performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Labor Relations & Compliance – Ensure full compliance with German employment laws, manage Works Council relations, and support local leaders in fostering a positive work environment.
HR Business Partnering – Work closely with local leaders on organizational development, engagement, and achieving KPI targets.
HR Leadership & Development – Lead and mentor the HR team, develop leadership programs, and provide coaching to emerging leaders.
- Talent Acquisition & Performance – Oversee recruitment, ensure top hiring standards, and drive performance management processes (PIPs, coaching).
- Training & Career Growth – Implement training and development programs in line with global HR strategies.
- Compensation & Benefits – Manage compensation structures, employee benefits, and key programs likecompany car providers.
- HR Processes & Payroll – Ensure efficient HR systems, oversee payroll operations, and maintain SOX and audit compliance.
- Global HR Coordination – Support the Europe HR Director in rolling out corporate HR objectives at local sites.
- Employee Engagement & Corporate Initiatives – Promote safety, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), and employee engagement across the organization.

What You Bring:

🔹 5-7 years’ HR management experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
🔹 Strong knowledge of German employment laws & regulations.
🔹 Proven change management skills and ability to drive HR transformation.
🔹 Excellent communication & leadership to collaborate with global & local HR teams.
🔹 Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (a plus).
🔹 Fluent in German & English.
