Account Manager (m/f/d)

Our Client, a reputable player in the field of sustainable packaging production, is seeking a (Junior) Account Manager to join their sales team in Germany. This role is crucial for expanding their presence and increasing brand awareness in the German market. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing business within existing accounts and identifying new opportunities as well.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for existing and future customers in the North of Germany.
  • Educate, inform, and advise existing and future customers about all matters concerning the entire product range.
  • Attend trade fairs and professional events to network and promote products.
  • Deliver sales results in line with the budget and the annual plan.
  • Generate leads for sustainability initiatives and collaborate with the sustainability manager to convert these into sustainable collection partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A team player with drive and motivation to develop within the company.
  • Analytical thinking for quick assessment of potential account needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
  • Proven commercial experience (technical experience is a plus).
  • Sales-driven and representative.
  • Based in the North of Germany with a home office setup and in possession of a driver’s license.
