This role involves working for a newly acquired firm in Germany, offering exciting opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage invoices, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the subledger system.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and travel expenses.
• Control client aging for accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and minimize credit risk.
• Conduct bank postings and matching, maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring compliance with financial policies and reporting standards.
• Utilize MS Dynamics BC to ensure proper accounting of financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• High school in Accounting and Tax or University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in handling sub-ledger operations within an international manufacturing company.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics BC, with strong capabilities in managing financial databases and software.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
