An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Professional to join our client’s busy and growing team as an HR Business Partner. In close collaboration with the Group’s HR team, the HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organisation on all aspects of HR and employment matters, ensuring compliance within the legal requirements and the Group’s wider practices and processes.
Day to Day of the role:
Work closely with the Group HR Director and HR team to implement the Group’s HR strategy and policies, as appropriate.
Act as the first point of contact for employees and payroll, managing all HR administrative tasks.
Maintain extensive knowledge of employment law and its practical application within the business.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
Manage HR processes and update internal systems.
Contribute to operational goals set within the business plan.
Manage recruitment effectively, ensuring optimal staffing levels, cost management, and labour turnover.
Support robust induction and onboarding processes for new starters.
Manage and monitor local business metrics.
Champion the culture and employee brand, ensuring alignment with the wider Group.
Support the payroll process in collaboration with the Finance team.
Provide support to managers on site.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
HR qualification is desirable.
Extensive HR experience in Germany, with excellent knowledge of employment law and its application in the workplace.
Fluency in German, with good English language skills.
Strong communication skills and experience in collaborative working.
Attention to detail and thoroughness.
