Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Location: North Rhine-Westphal, Bavaria, or Hessen
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (up to 2 days/week in office)
  • Reports to: Managing Director

Join our recruitment firm as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, balancing client relationships with sourcing and screening candidates. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences and requires a focus on both operational excellence and strategic development.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and engage new clients, assess their recruitment needs, and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate service agreements and strive to meet sales targets to contribute to company growth.
  • Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, advising on recruitment strategies and best practices. Provide regular updates and market insights to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilise social media and networking strategies to source candidates. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates tailored to client needs.
  • Candidate Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Manage the interview process, offering guidance to both candidates and clients, and ensure a seamless experience through to onboarding.
  • Focus on Candidate & Client Experience: Ensure positive experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle by gathering feedback and refining processes to enhance satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on market trends and industry insights. Proactively learn about recruitment technologies to improve daily tools and processes.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-fill and client satisfaction, and provide regular performance updates to management and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sales and account management.
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level at least).
  • Proven track record in business development and talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with advanced recruitment technology, including AI-based applications.
