Claims Adjuster

We are currently seeking a Claims Adjuster to join our client’s dynamic team in the insurance sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in insurance claims and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Respond to member enquiries and requests, participating actively in claims settlement activities.
• Identify member events and provide solutions using company products and services to meet members’ needs.
• Record incoming claims from policyholders or claimants.
• Research and resolve general disputes, including personal damage, liability claims, and personal injury.
• Maintain regular communication with policyholders and third parties as well.
• Handle claims related to both German and European contexts, ensuring close cooperation with local agents in other EU countries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as an insurance/finance clerk.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably in claims.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
• Strong adaptability and results-driven approach.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in both English and German.
