Job Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective customers
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track all sales activities in company ATLAS system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and/or exceed quotas of sales
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Plan detailed presentations that show customers your product info, pricing, and benefits
- Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree in engineering, business or marketing
- 5 years of sales experience (from manufacturing/ industrial environment)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated
- Willingness to travel around the world but mostly in own country (90% of the time within Germany)
- Fluent in German and English (French, Italian, Spanish is a plus)
