Country Sales Manager (remote)

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective customers
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  • Track all sales activities in company ATLAS system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas of sales
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Plan detailed presentations that show customers your product info, pricing, and benefits
  • Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or degree in engineering, business or marketing
  • 5 years of sales experience (from manufacturing/ industrial environment)
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel around the world but mostly in own country (90% of the time within Germany)
  • Fluent in German and English  (French, Italian, Spanish is a plus)
