We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources professional to join our Client’s busy and growing team. The role involves safeguarding the company in all aspects of human resources, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining fundamental conformity. As the primary contact for employee and payroll matters, the Human Resources Manager will handle all administrative tasks related to personnel management and support the company and its employees through further growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Group HR team to align HR policies with business goals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of German employment law
  • Oversee HR processes, recruitment, and onboarding
  • Champion company culture and support payroll processes

Requirements:

  • HR qualification preferred
  • Extensive HR experience in Germany
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
