Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead a small team of approximately five professionals. The ideal candidate has grown from a technical role and possesses strong leadership skills, hands-on expertise, and the ability to collaborate across different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small IT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, and system administration.
• Coordinate IT projects and improvements in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from other departments to align IT strategies and solutions.
• Report to the Financial Lead and provide regular updates on IT operations and performance.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of enterprise applications and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an IT management role, ideally with a background in technical positions.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.
• Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
• Experience with IT compliance and security best practices.
• Fluent in English, German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to be on-site in Bomlitz for 3-4 days per week.
