We are searching for a dynamic individual who enjoys interactions with customers and colleagues and has a genuine interest in newest technologies. You will play a key role in set-up of the German office.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Educated to degree level OR proven admin-based experience.
- Ability to communicate fluently in German (written & spoken).
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach and drive to provide first-class
customer service.
- Analytical and critical mindset for effective decision making and problem-solving
abilities.
e Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and
colleagues.
Desirable:
- Good technical understanding.
- Hands-on experience with digital or interactive technologies.
- Ability to communicate in French, Italian and/or Spanish (written & spoken).
Responsibilities:
Some of your duties are-
- Taking calls from retail stores across Europe, to rectify software / hardware
issues within the counter.
- Logging Service Desk tickets for tracking issues, including escalating calls.
- General project admin; inventories and information trackers.
- Store visits for issue resolution.
- Testing of returned hardware.
- Communicating with, and working closely alongside other agencies involved in
the project.
- Interpreting data analytics and reporting to stakeholders.
There is the potential for traveling to and from client premises within Germany,
the UK and/or Europe.
