We are looking for an FM Account Manager on behalf of our esteemed Client. In this role you will be the pivotal point of contact for their German clients, managing and coordinating people and processes to ensure the successful delivery of our projects and services. This role is integral to developing customer-focused solutions, ensuring resource availability, and meeting deadlines and budgets within the Facility Management and Projects sectors.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless delivery of services and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, HR, and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of services.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Participate in the design, review, and planning of Facility Management services, ensuring contract services such as maintenance, security, and cleaning meet performance standards.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

  • Strong project management skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in FM and Project Management.
  • Strong customer service acumen.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed.
  • Fluency in German and English.
